Mapbox Integration

If you’re a heavy user of Mapbox, Mapster WP Maps might just be a great plugin to ease your workflow.

Mapster WP Maps integrates completely with Mapbox Tileset Service (MTS), allowing you to generate large datasets into tilesets and update them on demand. This is quite an advanced feature but can let you power a site that has very large amounts of data behind it, if you aren’t using a lot of the front-end interactivity from Mapster maps.

In our own cases, we’ve used this to create sites like Native Land, where the front-end map is coded by custom, but we wanted to create a map CMS for researchers. Researchers could update and change polygons, and then using the MTS process in Mapster, those researchers could trigger an update of the tileset that was fed into the Native Land frontend map.
